1. Purpose of the Site

  • To inculcate spiritual training to the curious students in the world
  • To carry spiritual researches and to involve students/people from various strata of the society to gain matter of fact information
  • To spread the research findings through teaching to students joining the ‘Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay’
  • To help other researchers in the field of spiritual research

2.1 Modification of the Site and the Services: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. We may suspend or terminate your member account or your use of the Site at any time, at our discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. 7. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat (India) in the state of Goa, subjected to Ponda Jurisdiction. Any disputes or differences whatsoever arising under or in connection with and all matters incidental to these Terms of use, or your access or use of the Site shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Negotiation Act by the arbitrator appointed by the Site. The seat of arbitration shall be Ponda, Goa, Bharat (India). Notwithstanding this, you agree that Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay or the Site shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

8. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay at any time.
