The Site is owned and operated by the‘Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay’ (“MAVV”) a non profit organisation registered in Bharat (India). By accessing the site You (the person visiting and/or using the Site) convey your unconditional acceptance to these Terms of Use. Your use of this Site is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not authorized to use the Site or download its material. 1. Purpose of the Site

  • To inculcate spiritual training to the curious students in the world
  • To carry spiritual researches and to involve students/people from various strata of the society to gain matter of fact information
  • To spread the research findings through teaching to students joining the ‘Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay’
  • To help other researchers in the field of spiritual research

2.1 Modification of the Site and the Services: We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site, including, but not limited to, content, features or hours of availability. We may also impose limits on certain features of the Site or restrict your access to part of or the entire Site without notice. We may suspend or terminate your member account or your use of the Site at any time, at our discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. You accept and acknowledge that the decision to do so will be final and binding upon you without any cause for grievance.

2.2 Content errors: This Web site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The Site therefore reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without any prior notice. All logos, brands, marks headings, labels, names, signatures, numerals, shapes or any combinations thereof, appearing on this Site, except as otherwise noted, are properties either owned or used under licence, by Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay and / or its associate entities who feature on this website. Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form is prohibited, provided however that the Site will have no objection to reproduction in the following manner and no other.

  • You shall not reproduce such content from the Site for any form` of communication to the public for commercial or any other purposes without prior written permission of Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay. Any such amendment shall be effective with effect from the date the revised terms have been posted on the Site.

7. Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Bharat (India) in the state of Goa, subjected to Ponda Jurisdiction. Any disputes or differences whatsoever arising under or in connection with and all matters incidental to these Terms of use, or your access or use of the Site shall be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Negotiation Act by the arbitrator appointed by the Site. The seat of arbitration shall be Ponda, Goa, Bharat (India). Notwithstanding this, you agree that Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay or the Site shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

8. Termination

This agreement is effective until terminated by the Maharshi Adhyatma Vishwavidyalay at any time. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorized to access the Site and the restrictions imposed on you with respect to material downloaded from the Site, the disclaimers and limitations set forth in this agreement shall survive.
